Our mission at Onsight Movement is to empower outdoor athletes to reach their full potential by delivering the highest quality physical therapy care and personalized coaching to our community. The care we provide is always centered around YOU, because that's the way it should be.
Efficiency and convenience like never before.
We recognize the fact that active, motivated individuals like yourself have differing needs. That's why we offer several different options for working with us, including in-person and remotely. For in-person physical therapy, choose between our gym and mobile options. Our gym location is inside of Origin Climbing & Fitness in Henderson, Nevada. If more convenient to you, we can meet you at your home for a mobile PT session. Additionally, if you are not located in our area, we offer both physical therapy and custom performance training in a completely online format.

What moves you? We want to know! We take the time to thoroughly listen to what it is you are looking to accomplish. Whether you are recovering from a recent injury, have had persistent pain for years, or are looking to improve your athletic performance, we custom design a unique program to get you where you want to be. Whichever plan you choose, we provide you with your own online profile, as well as an iPhone/android application that you can use to view/track your exercises, schedule a follow-up session, and communicate with your therapist or coach at anytime!
Out-of-network is in.
We are an out-of-network provider, meaning that we are not contracted with any insurance companies. Why? Because this allows us the freedom to treat you in ways that makes sense, without insurance companies dictating the pace of care. The result is a drastically more efficient, effective experience. With this model, our clients are able to recover faster, and truly understand why and what the process was all about. In the end, most individuals save money, time, and a whole lot of frustration!

HOW IT WORKS
At Onsight, we take the time to get to know you and what your goals are. We deliver the highest quality treatment methods backed by current evidence and research. All treatments prescribed are based on you and your specific activity.
We start by discussing your story and what's important to you. We then dive into an analysis of your movement patterns and specific problem area. We discuss other things that may be relevant, including your work demands, training history, sleep and stress.
We develop a customized treatment program to help you achieve your goals. Treatments may include but are not limited to: corrective exercise, activity modification, soft tissue work, joint mobilization, neuromuscular re-training, and dry needling. Based on your specific needs, we decide on a reasonable frequency and time period that will work for you. Most of our rehab programs last about six weeks.
We work together as a team to complete your program. We educate and empower you with all the necessary information and resources you need to stay active, healthy, and pain-free. You get back out there and continue doing the activities that you love most!
PLANS FOR CLIMBERS
Initial Strength Assessment
You will be given a series of strength tests to complete. Based on your performance, we will target your weaknesses and build your program in the most effective way.

Customized Training Plans
A Custom Training Plan composed of 2-4 structured gym sessions per week, written just for you based on your schedule, goals and experience.
Technique and Skill Drills
Along with building raw power and endurance, your plan will also include tailored climbing technique drills. These drills will help you integrate your training gains into your climbing so that you can reach your goals and send your project!
