Rock climbing requires them all, but often we are lacking in one or more of these areas. If you feel like your climbing progression has hit a plateau, or you are new to climbing and looking to develop a baseline of climbing-specific fitness, our remote training and coaching program is perfect for you. 

Here's what you get:

  • Initial Fitness Assessment to help us determine where best to focus our training efforts. You’ll get regular assessments at the beginning of each cycle in order to track your progress.

  • A Custom Training Plan composed of 2-4 structured gym sessions per week, written just for you based on your schedule, goals and experience. 

  • Training updates and progression based on how you respond to the training plan.

  • Unlimited email and text support for the length of the program
