STRENGTH ASSESSMENT

Developed by Camp 4 Human Performance & Exsurgo Technologies, 

the Strength Assessment will take you through a battery of fitness tests. Through real-time data collection and clear visual graphics, you will walk

away with the crucial information

needed in order to get the most out of your training program.

WHAT YOU GET

• Max Strength: whole body, pulling,

and fingers

• Rate of Force Development (RFD) or Contact Strength: fingers

• Anaerobic Capacity: fingers, 10

second or 30 second effort

• Max Finger Repeaters: fingers, 5:3 or 7:3

• Endurance Capacity: whole body, pulling, fingers

• A digital copy of test including

graphs, strength:weight ratio and

specific training loads for each (see example below)

• A 3-5 week re-test is included

we take the climber through the

Strength Assessment first so we can develop the most prescriptive training plan possible. We then set up a video

call to discuss the results of the test,

as well as training history and goals.

The result gets you where you want to be faster and with more efficiency. By

taking the guess work out of the

training process, you can focus more

on what matters most.
