This two hour, evidenced-based course is designed to empower health care professionals to effectively diagnose, treat, and manage the rock climbing athlete. Coaches, climbers,  fitness professionals and students are welcome. No prerequisite rock climbing experience is needed to take this course.

The course will begin with an overview of rock climbing basics including disciplines, styles, and human biomechanics. We will then discuss injury prevalence and outline effective rehab strategies for the most common climbing injuries in both the acute and chronic setting. A mix of photo and video with real patient examples are included to solidify concepts and help you maximize your understanding.
